WTPart's Global Attributes to a csv file ?

Does any one have sample code to get WTPart's Global Attributes to a csv file ?  Also, is it possible to get the attributes of related wtparts (End item and related wtparts) in same/another csv file ?

This can be accomplished using a report made from QueryBuilder.  I'd be happy to go further into detail - please send me an e-mail at robert.sindelar@eccellent.com if you are interested.
