Good morning all.
I just had a user report an issue with his most used library NOT showing up in "Recent Libraries".
When I went to look at the issue, I see the "Production" library behaving strangly.
It exists, and is used daily, and for the admin, it shows up in recently used.
But if I, as admin, select "Show All", the production library vanishes.
Even worse, I have selected "Favorite" on the production library, but if I select "favorite" in the "All Libraries' table, it shows nothing.
This library seems hidden from everyone, unless you've had prior access recently enough that it's stays in "Recently Used"
Suggestions to fix this issue?

No, no changes have been made in permissions in years.
What did finally work however, for unknown reasons, was I removed the user with the issues from the "Library Manager" and readded him. That appears to have solved the issue, as the library now shows up in both "Recent Libraries" and the "All Libraries" and "Favorites" tables.
So for now, this problem, is resolved, at least until next time.

Has this user set the following preferences?
Are all users experiencing this phenomenon? Or are there only a few users?
