Windchill 9.1 M020

Can I go right to a full install of 9.1 M020 on a test server or do I have
to install an earlier version and then upgrade to 9.1 M020?

If this is a new install you would use the 9.1 M020 CDs (PSI, Aphelion, 3rd
party) along with the F000 of Info Engine, Services, PDMLink, ProjectLink
along with the M020 Service Pack CD.
