Hi everyone, we work all across North America and frequently have customers that need to fill a Windchill position. It can be difficult to find that mix of technical expertise with good communication skills though. With that said, is anyone out there interested?
Typically they are looking for great PLM people that can help drive Windchill in the organization and also support it while mapping business objectives to requirements and implementing it all (with help). I'd say the following activities are a decent match for most environments.
Activities:
1- User Training with a great attitude
2- Windchill system work (upgrades, patches, backups, rehosting etc)
3- PLM evolution - getting WTParts (Boms and basic config management) in place with Documents, CAD and tweaking workflows etc
4- Business understanding of PLM and be able to map it into Windchill and CAD
