We are on Windchill 10.1 M020 on server 2008 R2.
As of the last two weeks I have been having a problem with my Windchill logs. When I look at my logs in windows explorer many of them look like this one with an earlier timestamp and file size of 0 kb. The current time was 3:58pm.

But when I open the log file to view it, it has tons of data in it. I close it without saving it of course then it looks like this in windows explorer.

Has anyone ever seen this before?
