Windchill Portal Automation help

Hi All,

I am automating my routine tasks over windchill portal through perl but at the time of downloading the excel file from the packages that are updated on a specified date , I am facing some issues . Have anybody else faced the same issue earlier. If yes then please share a way out or give an alternative automation tool which you used while performing the task of similar nature over Windchill.
