Windchill Quality Solutions FMEA, Risk Matrix, Risk Level and RPN

I am having a difficult time getting my risk level to follow my RPN.  My risk level and matrix are setup for a high, medium, and low.  Where low is green, medium is yellow, and high is red.  What I am trying to get to is if my RPN is less than 125 my risk level is green, 125-200 is yellow and anything over 200 is red.  Any help would be great.

Hi,

Check attachment and create similar calculation....

Define this in the Project Navigator > Setup > Calculation

 

Be sure that you defined values as Number not Text

And define required datas

( think like uservalue1=severtiy uservalue2=occurence uservalue3=detection)

and lists

(low - med - high) in the example
