Windchill Workgroup Manager issue?

Windchill Workgroup Manager issue?

Been having an issue adding NX .prt files to my Workspace for a while. I was previously told that there was an issue with my Workspace. Deleted my original and created quite a few since. Same issue/error. Have tried different server(s). Same issue/error. I am now leaning towards wondering if there are "corrupt" files that an administrator needs to remove after getting the exact same error all the time.

I have exhausted my local IT assistance.

My "corporate support" has not been able to tell me how to resolve.

Been trying to get any help I can at this point.

Wondering if anyone here might recognize or be able to let me know which direction to head.

Thinking I may get in touch with some other users and see who and where the "administrator" is to see about getting the files listed in the error message looked at and/or removed.

Thought I might ask some more familiar with Windchill and Workspaces before looking sillier than I usually do 🙂

APPRECIATE any help possible.

THANKS

The object its referring to is either deleted or inaccessible to you, likely the latter. This can happen if something was moved to an context that you do not have access to. Found this in knowledge base. Let me know if you've been through it already. It does not sound like its your workspace issue.

VERY much appreciate that.

With everything that I have tried and been told, wanted to make sure that I had some idea of what I was talking about before asking someone to try and fix something on their end.

THANKS !!!
