Hello All, We are having an issue at our remotes sites and I deals
with PDMLink and Riverbed devices. I was reading the "WAN Accelerators
and Windchill Performance Technical Brief" that I found in the
reference documents area of the tech support web page. On the last page
under additional information it says a "Windchill Riverbed Deployment
Guide" should also be in the reference documents area. I can not find
it. I opened a call asking for it and apparently tech support can not
find it either.
Their reply was "Windchill Cisco Deployment " and "Windchill Riverbed
Deployment " guides are available from Cisco and Riverbed respectively
and are not supported by PTC".
I can not seem to find it on Riverbeds web page either. Does anyone
happen to have an electronic copy of the "Windchill Riverbed Deployment
Guide" that you can share?
We have the devices in place between the USA, China, Germany and India.
Our master server is in the USA. The other sites have file servers. I
am in Germany and when I search for an assembly name, PDMLink provides
me a results list. When I look at the detail page of one of the objects
then click the back button in the browser. The search results page is
lost. We verified the Riverbed is the issue by shutting them off. When
the Riverbeds are off the back button returns to the search results like
it should.
Anyone using Riverbeds and have you seen this issue?
Thanks,
John
