Windchill and codebeamer OSLC link version matrix information

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 12.0 and Datecode with CPS 12.0.1.0

It is necessary to confirm which versions of Windchill 12.0.X and Codebeamer 2.X are linked when establishing an OSLC connection between them.
Please share the version information for OSLC connectivity between Windchill and Codebeamer so that I can refer to it for work purposes.

If you could share the URL containing matrix information for this part, it would be very helpful.
