Isanyone having issues will remote user performance? I have a Windchill server (9.0 M070) set up in NC and my users in VT are experiencing vrey poor performance. I have a replica server set up there and download/uploads are much faster than they are when users set their perferred server to the master, so that works fine. But whensomeone opens or syncs a workspace or refreshes using the browser refresh icon, it takes a about 3 to 5 time longer for the metadata to load than it does for some doing the same thing in the NC area.
I ran a ping test and the TTL was higher than I expected so I'm asking the networking people to look into the network side of things.
Anyone esle having this problem? Any ideas how to overcome it (if it's not a network issue)?
