Did you check this in embedded browser, it should be visible there.

You will have to login to workspace from Cad Tool e.g. Creo and the action should be visible.

Thank you bhushan, for quick replay, i have one problem with creo browser getting some error. i will update regarding this tomorrow.

i have one more issue, that i need email notification when i created for promotion request and etc.
