common causes for Pro/E crashing whenaccessing windchill

Some things to look for in the config files are paths that are set to
non-existent directory or locations such as an old Ilink CS reference.

While there may be many common causes, the one that seemed to be our cause is upgrading Pro/E without first deleting the .wf folder from the %userprofile% folder.

Cannot blame PTC as we were using an "unsupported version" of Pro/E earlier...
