Regenerate model and still looks like this below:

Once I hit edit for the doors they go together.  Do you know why?

Is this a view of the drawing or an assembly edit window?

If it's the drawing you may have to refresh the drawing sheet. There's a config option to not update the drawing views so that the computer isn't wasting time doing that when you are working on the assembly.
