manual notifications in PDMLink 9.0

Gurus,

I'm sure this has to exist I just don't know where to look. How do you
send somebody a message or notification in PDMLink 9.0? Example: After I
create a folder or submit a document I went to select some team members
and notify them that the items are available.

You can create such notifications from Policy Administrator. Under a particular domain click update- Notifications Tab.
