preCompileJSP

We have experienced a few timewhenthe preCompileJSP process ($TOMCAT_HOME/ant -f preCompileJSP.xml) is run that it will precompile most all of the 1,800+ jsp files correctly but a very few of them will not. If the Tomcat work directory problem class file is removed, Tomcat restarted and allow for the file to get compiled on the fly by Tomcat, it works. This doesn't give me very good feelings about preCompileJSP.

Has anyone else experienced this? Thoughts?

Which Windchill release is this with?
