single user gets racing icon when Submit Now CN but never completes

single user gets racing icon when Submit Now CN but never completes

I have a user that when she clicks on Submit Now for CN gets the racing icon. However it never finishes. We have cleard the browser [IE8]cache and the java [6.23] cache. We have restarted the computer [windows 7] but still no difference. We have removed the priv9.ser file. No other users are having this issue.



has anyone seen this and have a fix?
