windchill invitations

Hello,

I have been having difficulties inviting members to my team's Windchill project. Every time I attempt to add members to my Windchill project by adding their email addresses, I then get an email saying that the mail delivery system failed. There is probably a simple solution to this problem, but I do not know how to fix it and was looking for some assistance!

Hi

are you the administrator of the system or just a user.

Is your mailserver enable ?

It may sound silly but check whether the mail id mentioned in WIndchill is correct/valid or not.

I am assuming your mail server is enable and working properly as you are getting the mail delivery system failed mail from server.
