Revolve option in creo parametric

Hi all,

Is it possible to revolve a curve about another curve (not axis) in creo parametric

If you are asking if you can use a straight curve segment as the revolve axis for a revolved feature, no, you cannot.  You can, however, create a datum axis inside the revolve sketch and align it to the curve and use it for the axis of revolution.

If you are asking about creating a revolved feature that follows an existing 3D curve, yes, but not with the revolve feature. you need to use a variable section sweep.  See the attached Creo 2 model.  There's a step by step here as well.
