3D dimensioning, ASM

I have couple of questions on 3D Dimensioning (annotations)

1. In assembly file how to call/insert an ASM BOM (should be associative) using 3D Dimensioning (annotations)?

2. Which neutral file format supports export of the 3D Dimensioned part file?

I haven't seen any possible way of including BOM as annotation.

Even 3D dim. as annotation is not possibe to export through any neutral format.

Creo Elements/ Pro *.neu file supports the export of 3D annotations.
