The help file, in its usual helpful manner, says 'you can edit the parameter
file to change any of the parameter values'. It neglects, however, to give
any clue regarding the name of the parameter file and where it resides.
Thus, when I create a cosmetic external thread on a diameter 10 bar, it
offers me a minor thread diameter of 9.2 (I think), or, for an 8mm bar, the
minor diameter is proportionately reduced. How does it know what minor
diameter to offer me?
