BOM- part params changed

Good morning I would like some help with a repeat region problem (or maybe
a drawing config problem)

1 - BOM Table on drawing shows parameters from parts. All the balloons
are created.

2 - Part parameters are changed so the the created balloons will be in
numeric order clockwise around the drawing.

3 - Drawing is regenerated, the BOM table updates and displays the correct
part parameter values in the table and balloons and the drawing is saved.

4 - Pro/E session is closed.

5 - When drawing is opened from a new clean session, the table displays
the old part parameters. If the drawing is regenerated the table updates
correctly and displays the correct part parameters. However if the
drawing is saved, the table will NOT retain the updated parameter values.
The table in the drawing will be wrong again if opened in a new session.

this is the only region sort: &asm.mbr.det_no Froward

here are the repeat region relations:
/*Relations to assign characters after '_' in model name to 'det_no'
parameter
name=rel_model_name()
name_len=string_length(name)
flag_pos=search(name,"_")
det_no_pos=flag_pos+1
det_no_len=name_len-flag_pos
det_no=extract(name,det_no_pos,det_no_len)

Thank you all in advance for your time.
