CREO Export of a STEP file?

Hi Everyone,

I have allowed a few users to download and evaluate the trial version of CREO 1.0

They cannot find an export to STEP? Is this not in CREO 1.0 yet? Or does the evaluation copy just have limited functionality?

Any insight would be helpful....

I'm not sure what options are included with the trial license but there is a "Pro/INTF_for_STEP" option that will control the ability to export to STEP.

In Creo 1.0 go to

• File, Help, System Information


• Under the second section labeled "Configured Option Modules" look for Pro/INTF_for_STEP


• If this option is there, when the user chooses File, Save As there should be STEP *.stp option in the Type dropdown list.
