Cannot Display Evaluate Feature Parameter in Drawing?

The display of this parameter in the drawing was fine on Friday.  This is Monday and the drawing quit recognizing the parameter in a note or any note.  The drawing is of a Family Table instance.  As shown below review of the value (instance) in the relationship editor shows:

I cannot get it to display in the drawing:

I have attempted just inserting a note into the drawing and it will not display the parameter value?  Anyone have any idea of why?

Try adding the parameter to the family table and verify the table. Sometimes Creo tries to report the generic value while it is in the instance context and produces incorrect results.

I have added the parameter to the family table, that is why I am displaying the value in an instance.  The value differs dependent upon Generic or Instance.  I have regenerated all instances as well as verified them.  Today is a different day and I will attempt again.  Thanks for replying.

Dummy me.  For an unknown reason I did not think the & sign was required for analysis features.
