Cannot delete Annotation information in WF

Hello!

I made ONCE one annotation to a part in WF 4. The reason was to document some Part attributes like a Link to Website, manufacture number and thinks like that.

After I done this, each one open of a file, independent from where brought a error window.

That is way, I have deleted the annotation.

But.. the window still to go on FOREVER.

What is this for ugly behavioral and how to stop this?

Have you tried displaying annotations in the model tree and deleting it from the tree? Here is a video showing the steps.

Open the model
Click on settings on Model Tree > Tree Filters
Check the box Annotation Display from Model Tree Items window
Expand the Annotation items in model tree
Click on right button and choose Delete for every unwanted Annotations

Hi,

I guess the error message is related to tree.cfg (model tree configuration file).

See https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS96750 document.
