Changing numerous model GTOL datum references

Have a huge drawing that is going to require me to change two established datum planes off surfaces to datum axes. My problem is, this assembly has 30 or so GTOLs that reference the old datum planes, and I'm looking for a way to not have to manually go through each annotation and change the datum reference. Any ideas how to handle this?
