Hello,
I have a ibl file containing co-ordinates of points specified for curve. Once I open IBL file in Creo, I will have Curve form File along with co-ordinate system. I will not be able to modify this curve.
Due to this, I am planning to do below step:
- Create all points taking XYZ co-ordinates from IBL file
- Connect points to create datum curve (Datum curve using points)
With above procedure, I will be able to modify curves by changing datum points.
Below is my problem description:
- Geometry of curve does not match in both the scenarios mentioned above even though I took co-ordinates from IBL file for point creation.
- Issue is that Co-ordinate system is not same in both scenario.
- I need help to get details of co-ordinate system generated by IBL file.
Any suggestion on this be of great help.
