I need multi level cable to design canbus cable. I prepared csv file (there are csv files in attachment)

I drew multi level cable in creo. But I don't use a multi cable and error "(003) occurred. Use the Check Database tool and contact technical support for assistance" shows on screen.
How can I draw a multi cabel?
Can you tell step by step to me?
