Crimping, I settle for a cut

Folks

I have to crimp some metal but really i will settle for cutting some metal..So i try to do just that and its a pain because i cant use wrap, rounds at the assembly mode. Please help me get this done

So i will sweep a cirlce along a curve at the 8 angle. then add radius at the corners. (see arrows)

Use a family table at the part level. You can fab the part without the crimp (for drawings or spec sheets), but in your assembly, you would use the "crimped" family member (which may be your master as well).
