DXF Export to Autocad

Hello,
I have a set of drawings that the customer wants as Autocad dwg files.
My drawings have a Pro/E format that includes a JPG image of the logo.
When I save a drawing as a dwg (or as a dxf) and open it in Autocad, two
strange things happen:

1. The image is replaced by a note saying something like 'Microsoft Photo
Viewer Photo'

2. The text in some of the notes (not all) loses its justification. Some
multi-line notes become single-line.

This means I have to mess about with the drawings in Autocad after I have
already messed about with them quite sufficiently in Pro/E.

Am I doing something wrong, or is it just one of those things where the
interoperability between CAD systems is somewhat overstated?

Regards,

There are some config.pro options that can help, especially with the
text. Here are some we use, but check the options list for anything
that starts with dxf_ or intf_.

dxf_out_scale_views
intf2d_out_acad_mtext no
dxf_out_stroke_text
intf2d_in_create_multiline_note
