Delete Locked Parameters

Man, i found this question about 20 times in the forum db, but no solutions posted.

How do I let Pro/E delete the Locked Intralink/Pro-PDM parameters?

Switching to WC/WF5 and hoping to clean them out of my start parts without recreating the parts from scratch.
