Dependent Sketches with Varied Items - Name Override

Hi All, 

Does anyone use dependent sketches with options to vary? We do often and the child sketches are automatically renamed when the parent is updated. 

Take a look here and let me know your thoughts. Please upvote if you have struggled with this.
