Does anyone have an example of a Recipe file that maps Model Manager attributes to a CreoView file(.pvz)?

No need to use a recipe file for that. Starting with 19.0 M060 or 20.0 M010 (maybe F00, I'm not sure) set the following environment variable before starting Modeling
EXPORT_MM_ATTRIBUTE=1
and your PVZ export will contain the ModelManager part and document attributes which are available in Modeling (as UDA) without activated ModelManager.
