Drawing files from CAE to Pro-E

Hi,

1.My question is i am opening a Pro-E model file in IGES format from Pro-E to a custom made CAE software,

2.make change to the model in CAE software

3.then export the changed file from CAE to Pro-E with changes to original Pro-E model. The dwg is saved in xml format in CAE system!!.

i want to make the changes in point 3 i.e export the model from CAE to Pro-E with changes to original Pro-E model still intact.

Please let me know your thoughts on how to achieve this.
