Excel Power Query - Creo BOM / ERP Description Differences

This was a nice overview we did a while back for how to use Excel Power Query to automatically catch problems with descriptions between Creo Parametric Models and ERP Cost Data. 

 

Note: Nitro-BOM is used to facilitate the data extraction from Creo .. BUT the principles shown for Excel Power Query would work regardless of how you get the BOM Data.
