Export Creo Analysis Model?

I am new to Creo. Is there a way to export the Creo analysis model to ANSYS or FEMAP? Or is there a way to export the nodal coordinates and element connectivities? Thanks

Frank,

Here's the basic process, you will need if I remember correctly the FEM module for pro/E:

-Go Tools > Floating Options > FEM

-Open your model and go into Mechanic

-Edit > Mechanica Model Setup > Select FEM Mode

-Create you mesh using Mesh > Create

-Setup your analysis run using > FEM Solution (the green flag)

-Select your Solver (Ansys), analysis type, element shape, etc. and output to file.
Then go into your solver (Ansys) and finish your setup and run your simulation.

Hope this Helps,

Don Anderson
