Flexible cables

Make posible for cables/wires to move with parts that are attached to when draging components or using mechanism analysis.

Flexibility must be in a way that cable/wire keeps its lenght but changes its shape. If its complicated atleast make it to show in form of flexible splines instead of flexible solids. 

Practicaly it should behave same as spring created in mehanism.

Hi,

that's a general issue or missing function with "flexible cables".

Standard mehtod is to get flexibles Cables is to fix the lenght of a segment.

That's working, but if you now move a location or a connector then the feature get failed without any warning.

The enhancement should work in the way that if you for instance fix a segment lenght of 25mm and you move the segment reference like Axis, Csys or Entry Port a warning comes up if the wire/cable can't "reach" this position with 25mm and lock this.
