How can you add tolerances to custom hole files?

Is there a way to add tolerances or limits to hole notes via the hole file? Or have it show on the drawing after adjusting the tolerance to the feature within creo?

For example, I am using &TAP_DEC to call out the decimal value of the tap drill diameter. The value is .397 but has a range from .396-.401. No matter what I do, I can't seem to have the hole note generate a given tolerance or limit. I've gone into the model and added the tolerance/limit and it doesn't regenerate the note with the new value.

Anyone have a work around to this?

This capability does not exist but should. The only way I know is to manually add the tolerances after placing hole. You could also try a mapkey and/or UDF
