How to create animation with changing views ?

Within the Animation tab, in the Graphic Design group is the "View @ Time" icon as shown below:

This allows you to set what view you would like at what time in the animation you are creating.

You must be referring to Creo Parametric, because there is no "Animation" tab in Creo Elements/Direct Modeling.
