How to get a Creo drawing hyperlink to open in Creo View?

How to get a Creo drawing hyperlink to open in Creo View?

I created a note in the drawing  and Add Hyperlink.

I save as, save a copy and select the type as Creo View (*.pvz)

Open Creo View of the drawing, but link is broken. Not even text.

Is this functionality available? Any workaround? Pdf works.

Has this been solved?  We are trying to do the same thing with hyperlinks, but creo view doesnt publish anything.
