How to set same layer status in drawing as model ?

Hi..

We have created drawing from model and need same layer status in drawing as model.

Right now if we hide any layer in model then in drawing it need to hide again manually. but we need it should replicate from model.

So please can we know is there any option or anything else to make same layer status.

e.g.

currently drawing have below layer status

and model having below layer status

Thanks,

Hi,

experiment with the following drawing options (File > Prepare > Drawing Properties > Detail Options > change😞

draw_layer_overrides_model

ignore_model_layer_status

Probably your drawing contains ignore_model_layer_status yes option.

Hi..

draw_layer_overrides_model

ignore_model_layer_status

above options creates problem in drawing notes and tables, all drawing notes and tables goes to layer and hide after update sheet. So we are not able to use these options effectively.

or can we take only required layer status in drawing from model not all ?

Thanks,

Prashant Pandarkar

Hi,

in your specific case you have to experiment with Creo options. It is up to you to find the suitable solution . I can't give you any advice, because I do not know your Creo "environment".
