How to use the rpt.qty of parent in a nested region

I would like to use the rpt.qty value from a parent in the nested region relations. 

 

Here's what I wish I could do.

nested_qty = rpt_qty:ID_of_parent_region

 

Ultimately I need to to be a multiplier.
