Why do you want to save a 3d Model in Pdf

3D PDF can be useful if you're sending something to a person that doesn't have any CAD software available. PDF is a common file type, and the 3D variant will let a person spin the model about and get a shaded view of what the geometry is.

Users here on the commmunity won't be able to help with a traceback log. Unfortunately, it looks like you are using Creo 5, so  you won't be able to get help from Tech support either.

My suggestions:

Try a simple model test, something different than what you are trying now to see if it is a problem specific to the model.

re-boot your computer and try again, just to see if it was a one time glitch.

If you can, attach the file - as a .zip  (.prt file or .asm, but you must include all required part and assembly files) in a comment to your post and let someone here try
