Intralink 3.x users table add new column

My question for today is how to add a new column to this table for users..
Lets say I want to add a column for their cell phone or car color.
how would I do that?

THE Solution was a few tabs down where you can create atributes. I went to
user attributes and added some. It gives an error when you click on user
again, but if you exit and come back the new atributes are created. If you
remove them, they get removed without exiting right away.
