Is it possible to backup thousand of Pro/E drawing files using an automatic process without learning

Pro Gurus:

Our current Pro/E data structure is such that we have directories for the
top level assembly and sub-directories for different modification, common
parts, format etc in different location on the same drive. We use a search
path file (currently 11kb and growing) if different assemblies use common
parts and same parts as other assemblies. The search path method slows
Pro/E system down considerably for people who wasn't on our local network.
Thus our corporate decide to get rid of the Pro/E search path, move to
Teamcenter data management system and requires to back up thousand of Pro/E
drawings to its own directory on a different drive. Is it possible to do
this by third party add-on, let it run during week-end or night time
instead of having a person open each drawing and backup it up manually?
One user in the ETC suggest to write a script, batch or perl file. Unless
batch and perl can be picked up within a day, otherwise I don't have enough
time to learn them. So I wonder if there is a third party add on out there
that can do the same job.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Example:

Current files are in
X:\PROE\DATA\A1
X:\PROE\DATA\A2
X:\PROE\DATA\A3...

Backup to
Y:\PROE\X\A1
Y:\PROE\X\A2
Y:\PROE\X\A3...
