Good morning is possible to insert a family table file of an exiting profile in AFX?

As far as I know, AFX does not use family tables. It uses a profile and a parameter file to generate the desired shape and length on the fly when selected from within the AFX menus. I do think you can add your own profile, if needed. I have modified existing profile files to set them up for our modeling standards and materials.
