Is the .rsd file considered an EPMDocument when Checked into WindChill using the WGM?

I believe it's an ECAD Schematic type, which is a soft type of ECAD Document, which is a soft type of CAD Document, and further EPM Document. At least in 10.2 with Creo Schematics 2.0.
