Is there a way to export a PDF with user input fields from Creo?

I would like to create a PDF for manufacturing/Vendors to use in which they can enter some parameters on a PDF and it will calculate dimensions.  Is this possible?  I can technically edit values like this in a regular PDF editor but I'm not sure if I can from Creo.

Its just strange because when you go to security options for exporting a PDF it mentions having forms be editable.
