Isolate for exclusion control of surfaces

Hello!

I have a question!

How can I create an excluded area in a model?

For example, in this case I want to isolate from analysis the edge of nozzle-shell junction, and is simple.

But I wont also isolate the areas near the edge, using this control.

I select the surface to exclude but running the analysis the software do the calculation of the stress.

Somebody can help me?
