Manikin field of view problem

I am reposting this issue as the prior posting linked to a help document that apparently isn't accessible to customers.

 

FOV of the manikin view window seems to be randomly changing. Sometimes the manikin FOV window shows a more narrow FOV (maybe just the non-periferal?) and then randomly sometimes it will show a wide FOV.

 

Sometimes this is triggered when you move the manikin. Other times, seems random.

 

I am in CREO 7.0.8.0

      A similar thing seems to happen with view manager saved "orient" views. You save it as one way, and then you go and do other stuff, come back and double click your saved orientation and it gets you back to the same angle, but zoom/pan is all messed up.
